- Define, introduce, and maintain NPI lifecycle process elements
- Capture and document current processes
- Provide process visualization
- Distinguish between standard and exception
- Stakeholder communication for requirements capturing
- Enable quality assurance and document using Confluence
Qualifikation
- University degree in Engineering or comparable discipline
- Several years of experience in NPI, process engineering, systems engineering, or project environments
- Proven experience improving or deploying development and/or lifecycle processes
- Analytical thinking: Ability to understand complex processes and present them in a structured manner.
- Experience working in cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong communication skills: Conducting interviews, questioning information, and presenting results in Englisch and German
- Exposure to PLM/PDM or NPI-related toolchains
- Methodological knowledge: Process modeling (BPMN, ...) and documentation standards.
