• Provide interpreted analytical insights to support data-driven decision-making across technical divisions.
• Analyze complex technical production data against defined production KPIs, including validation of patterns, deviations, trends, and correlations.
• Perform targeted ad-hoc analyses to identify root causes and support resolution of product quality and production issues.
• Correlate parametric and pass/fail production data across the global supply chain to identify dependencies and systemic effects.
• Prepare, structure, and communicate analysis results clearly and effectively for internal and external stakeholders with varying technical backgrounds.
• Ensure analytical rigor, correctness, and reproducibility of results in all analyses.

Qualifikation

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable quantitative field.
• Proven ability to apply statistical methods to production data and KPI-driven performance analysis.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing large, complex, and highly technical data sets (e.g., parametric and pass/fail production data) with high analytical accuracy.
• Professional-level English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Solid foundation in statistics and data analytics.
• Requirements (nice to have):
• German language skills.
• Six-Sigma certification (e.g. Greenbelt).
• Production hands-on experience, collaborated, worked together
• Experience with Tibco Spotfire or similar
