- Program Management for global programs and strategic projects aiming to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the Operations, Supply Chain and Quality (OSQ) organization
- Goal definition and KPI tracking for global OSQ organization
- Analyzing, summarizing and presenting factory data, business processes and organizational setups
- Improving business processes within OSQ and seamlessly handshake with partnering departments (e.g. Controlling, R&D, Procurement etc.)
- Preparation of presentations for Senior Management
Qualifikation
- Successfully completed technical university degree
- At least 5 years of work experience in Project Management in Semiconductor Industry or similar large-scale operations
- Experience in Lean, TWI, Six Sigma, Hoshin Kanri or similar
- Ability to prepare executive-level reports and presenting them to Senior Management
- Fast thinker with analytical mindset and ability to understand complex problems
- Good interpersonal skills combined with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to drive change and gain alignment across global Teams
- Proficiency in English and very good German
