• As Security Manager Wirtgen Group, you serve as the primary security lead for Wirtgen Group entities within John Deere's Enterprise Security & Preparedness organization. You translate global security standards into practical local execution, advise management, manage security risks and coordinate key internal and external partners. Major tasks:
• Lead security activities and governance across Wirtgen Group locations, including implementation of John Deere security standards, site requirements, assessments and corrective actions
• Manage travel risk, oversee physical security operations and support crisis preparedness, while maintaining trusted relationships with management, HR, Legal, IT, Facilities and professional security networks
• Support investigations, incident response and liaison with internal stakeholders, external partners and authorities where required

Qualifikation

• Approximately 5-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a corporate security or risk management function. Experience in law enforcement, military, aviation security, investigations or international security consulting may be considered where they demonstrate transferable experience in a corporate environment
• Strong German and English communication skills, with the ability to advise management and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Sound understanding of risk-based security controls, physical security systems, incident response and international business environments
• Ability to combine strategic governance with practical execution, concise reporting and confident decision support under pressure
• Willingness to travel internationally and a high level of integrity, discretion, judgement and resilience
• Degree in security management, risk management, safety management, business administration or equivalent professional experience
• Additional qualifications in security, crisis, emergency or investigation management are desirable
