Business Analyst Finance (m/f/d)

• Act as a key link between central finance and global subsidiaries to ensure alignment of financial processes, ERP standards, and reporting requirements
• Support and coordinate the rollout of ERP solutions (Microsoft Business Central) in international subsidiaries, including preparation and facilitation of workshops
• Analyze local business and finance requirements and translate them into standardized ERP and reporting solutions
• Conduct and coordinate user testing, ensure solution quality, and support go-live and post-implementation phases
• Collaborate closely with the Data & Analytics team to define reporting requirements and support the development of Power BI reports

Qualifikation

• Completed university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a comparable field
• Experience as a Business Analyst in ERP or finance transformation projects (ideally Microsoft Business Central); hands-on experience in accounting or controlling is a plus
• Strong understanding of finance processes combined with a high affinity for data, reporting, and analytics (e.g. Power BI; Fabric knowledge is a plus)
• Excellent command of English and German (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally (25%) and work in a multicultural project environment
