Data Analyst, R&D Controlling (m/f/d)

• Supporting the creation, enhancement, and automation of reports, dashboards, and controlling processes to enable data-driven decision-making
• Contributing to the design, maintenance, and integration of data models as well as to data harmonization and documentation
• Conducting analyses for internal stakeholders and actively participating in improvement and innovation projects (e.g., AI-supported data analytics)
• Bringing in own ideas and supporting defined projects through organizational and administrative tasks within R&D Controlling
• Ensuring effective reporting governance and the continuous optimization of existing processes

Qualifikation

• Bachelor’s degree or higher degree (University, FH) in Business Informatics, Data Science, Controlling, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a comparable field
• Strong analytical thinking skills, high affinity for working with data, and the ability to translate complex requirements into structured solutions
• Interest in expanding knowledge in BI tools, data modeling, and process automation, along with a willingness for continuous learning
• Independent, reliable, and quality-focused working style with strong attention to detail
• Good command of English, both written and spoken; German skills and experience in reporting, data handling, or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, ERP systems) are an advantage
