Jobbeschreibung

  • Administrative support for the coordinator of the IMPRS-CMS: daily email correspondence in English and German, creating certificates, maintaining the database and alumni network
  • Support for the enrolment of PhD students at the University of Stuttgart
  • Support for the online application procedure for Master and PhD students
  • Administrative organization of events, such as the annual Retreat meeting and Summer/​Winter schools
  • Link to the institute’s administration: travel costs, invoices, refunds, inventory, etc.

Qualifikation

  • Professional commercial training (e.g. Kaufmann/-frau – Büromanagement [w/m/d]) or a related Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and German
  • Proficiency in standard software (Microsoft Office)
  • Open-mindedness; you should enjoy working in an international scientific environment
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
