• Play a key role in growing our presence across Europe & Asia. Combining technical sales, business development & key account management, this role offers a clear career development pathway.
• We're looking for an experienced Regional Technical Sales Manager to develop our business across Germany and support our wider international growth.
• Initially, you'll take responsibility for sales across Central, Eastern and Northern Germany, managing key customer relationships, developing new business and identifying opportunities to expand our specialist technologies into new applications and markets.
• This is also a role with a clear next step. Within approximately 6-18 months, and following successful onboarding and demonstrated performance, the intention is for you to progress into Team Leader DACH & Nordics, taking leadership responsibility for a small sales team.

Qualifikation

• We're looking for someone who brings:
• Solid experience within manufacturing equipment
• Proven technical B2B sales and new business development experience
• Experience selling complex technical products, services or solutions across international markets
• Strong technical understanding, ideally supported by an engineering or related technical qualification
• Fluent Dutch & English
• The drive and potential to progress into an international sales leadership role
