Jobbeschreibung
- Design and contiuously improve end-to-end inventory management process for Raw Material, WIP, FGI inventory, ensuring to maximize sales and minimize excess and obsolete (E&O), in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
- Ensure processes are scalable and aligned with business growth and strategic goals.
- Develop the process to maintain and adjust buffer inventory based on the alignment with stakeholders, taking risks and opportunities into account.
- Provide the tools that enables inventory management process to be implemented effectively and efficiently by collaborating with Business Process Reengineering & Digital Transformation (BPR&DX) team.
- Define, document, and maintain inventory management processes, policies, and procedures.
- Define KPIs and metrics to measure inventory performance.
- Analyze data and provide insights to leadership for decision-making.
- Ensure inventory practices comply with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Manage inventory related projects and facilitate communication and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to improve inventory management process.
Qualifikation
- Comprehensive and solid experience in Supply Chain Operations and/or inventory
- Management (in a complex/global organization, highly preferred).
- Capability of data analysis and financial knowledge in inventory management.
- Experience in formulating and deploying inventory management process.
- Experience in improving operations as key user of inventory management tool (e.g. Oracle,
- SAP EWM, or any other ERP/WMS).
- Skills of stakeholder management and communication management to effectively collaborate
- With cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong Leadership and decision-making skills as well as very good analytical skills
- Strong communication, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at different
- Levels and across different teams in English.
- Additional Skills Preferred:
- Experience with cost simulation tools in inventory management.
- Certification such as CSCP, CPSM, or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
- Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives in supply chain.
