Team Support / Assistant (m/w/d) – R&D Hardware Logistic for Equipment Calibration + Project Coordination

Jobbeschreibung

• Identifying the measuring devices that need to be calibrated (calibration date list)
• Locating the devices within the R&D area
• Coordinate with owner/user when calibration can be carried out
• Organize shipment/return to manufacturer / calibration institute
• Dealing with queries or issues during process (repairs, delays, replacement)
• Project Support Team: Coordination and planning of lab space/project areas, personnel
• And time slots for project development support tasks (PLC).

Qualifikation

• Technical background preferred
• Understanding of measurement equipment, calibration and handling of sensitive equipment
• Completed vocational training in a technical sector / bachelor of engineering or comparable
• Enhanced knowledge in MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Outlook), WeShare and ticket systems (eg. Jira)
• Good language skills in german and english
• Enhanced skillset in self organization and planning with multiple cooperation partners and schedules
• Profound communication skills to align with engineers and manufacturers/suppliers
• Cooperation with other teams in R&D Hardware and other departments
• Ability to move sometimes heavy equipment (15kg, tools provided)
