Jobbeschreibung
- Steer and control facility service performance (KPIs / SLAs)
- Control and evaluate external FM service providers
- Control of maintenance activities and technical inspections
- Support FM budget planning, forecasting, and cost tracking (OPEX/CAPEX)
- Ensure FM budget implementation and identify optimization potential
- Identify operational risks and initiate corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with FM operations, safety, and internal requirements
- Support audits, reporting, and performance reviews
- Act as interface between Site Management, FM, Procurement, and suppliers
Qualifikation
- Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business, or similar
- Experience in FM, controlling, or technical operations
- Experience with outsourced service environments preferred
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
- Structured, proactive, and stakeholder-oriented mindset
